We created a user structure with different permission levels, turning the platform into a true operations center: The Administrator (The Orchestra Conductor): Has total control. From their dashboard, they can create new raffles, monitor sales in real-time, and, most importantly, assign sellers to each draw. The Sellers (The Sales Force): Each seller has their own access to manage the payments for the tickets assigned to them. This creates an orderly and scalable system, allowing Rifas Her Car to grow their sales network without losing control.
