The Earmarkz Story (or how we became the team every startup dreams of having)

About the Project

You know those startups with an incredible idea, a half-built product, and a dream that's about to take off? That's how we met the folks at Earmarkz. They came to us with a platform already in development. They had a good foundation, but they needed muscle, and fast. They needed a team that wouldn't just follow orders, but one that would understand their vision and take it to the next level. The first thing we did was roll up our sleeves, pop the hood on what they already had, and start getting things in order and updating everything. We didn't tell them, "You have to scrap this and start from scratch." We respected their work and made it stronger. But here comes the part we're excited to tell. The great challenge was to create a module that integrated directly inside HubSpot. Can you imagine? They wanted any HubSpot user to be able to install Earmarkz and start creating referrals without ever leaving their own CRM. A feature that could be a complete game-changer for them. And we did it. Our team dived deep into the guts of HubSpot and built that piece of magic. From that point on, the trust was absolute. The relationship moved to another level. We were no longer just "the developers." Suddenly, we found ourselves: Sitting at the table with them, defining the requirements for new features. Contributing ideas in the Design phase. Handling the Project Management to keep everything flowing. Doing the QA to ensure every delivery was flawless. Basically, we became the technical and product team they needed to bring their vision to the market. To make the magic happen, our team used a bit of everything: Javascript, React, PHP, Laravel, and, of course, a deep knowledge of the HubSpot universe. We've been on this adventure with them for a year now. Their story is the perfect example of what we love to do most: not just be a vendor, but become that trusted partner who ensures a startup's vision reaches the finish line.
