All of us know that the Coronovirus was one of the worst pandemics on the world in the last year. I got to say that social distancing and the fear of being infected could destroy the sanity of anyone.
So here I have some tips that Iโm using to survive this unprecedented crisis:
Find something at home to do, organize yourself, as a freelancer we have the immense opportunity to keep working from home, but in case you donโt have a job there is a lot of stuff that you can do like training or online education, you can write or even take some time to spend on managing your image.
Organize your day, what Iโm trying to say is you can put hours to do things for example in the morning breakfast-study, and in the afternoon work-exercise, try to avoid spaces with no activities that increase your anxiety
Do exercise , is important to keep the body moving especially if you spend all day at home there is a lot of apps that can help you to stay on the shape and avoid future illnesses I hope this short tips help you to keep your physical and mental shape, I know we will Overcome this virus, I wish you health, and please Stay Home, and Be Safe.
